Your top-rated tour guide will take you and your group of no more than six people to some of the most beautiful evening spots in the city, where you will get to see Gaudí’s Modernist masterpieces: Casa Batlló, la Pedrera, and the Sagrada Familia . Your tour also includes a walk to Barcelona’s beautiful port and beach, the Olympic Village, and the spectacular panoramic views of Montjuïc as the grand finale.
WHY BOOK A BARCELONA NIGHT TOUR?
Your small group Barcelona Night Tour will not only give you the opportunity to see some of the most beautiful sights in the city, but will also give you a complete intro to some of Barcelona’s most important sites. Your guide will share anecdotes about how Gaudí’s perfectionism and obsession with the natural world influenced the construction of his unique modernist buildings, which have come to symbolize Barcelona. You will learn about the history of the Olympic Village, which transformed a blighted former industrial area into a vibrant residential seaside neighborhood. You will also become acquainted with the fascinating history of Monjuic, which has been home to a medieval Jewish graveyard, an Olympic stadium, a Formula One racetrack, and a World’s Fair. All of this in a group of no more than six people maximum.
ABOUT YOUR BARCELONA NIGHT TOUR

Our exclusive small group tours never have more than six people per group, allowing your knowledgeable guide to give you the personal attention you deserve.
Over 30 million visitors come to see this magnificent, vibrant city every year and with good reason. Few cities can rival the rich culture and history of Barcelona and nobody knows this city as well as our expert local guides, so you can be sure that you are in good hands. The popular sites you will visit on this tour can get very crowded, but your guide will give you sufficient time to explore each site at your own pace while ensuring that you do not miss a thing. Because our small group tour is so exclusive, our guides can answer all your questions and point out things that folks in larger group tours may miss.
MODERN ARCHITECTURE | GAUDI’S MOST SIGNIFICANT BUILDINGS
Your LivSpain Barcelona Night Tour begins at Placa Catalunya , the heart of Barcelona known to connect the old city and the new city. Here you will meet your expert tour guide and a group of maximum 6 people. As you walk toward Paseo de Gracia, your guide will familiarize you with the life and work of the famous architect Antoni Gaudí, whose one-of-a-kind creations helped shape the artistic character of Barcelona. The first Gaudi masterpiece you will see is the Casa Batlló facade. Gaudi manages to harmoniously combine Montjuïc sandstone, multicolored ceramics and wrought iron to create a perfect example of Art Nouveau design during the Modernist movement in Spain. Just a few steps further down the road, you will find la Pedrera, another Modernist architectural masterpiece with a distinctive facade of curving limestone, and elements of color with recycled remnants of cava (the local sparkling wine) bottles to add to the charm of old meets new.
GAUDI’S MASTERPIECE: LA SAGRADA FAMILIA
From here you will be whisked away to Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece – the Sagrada Familia . Gaudi had a passion for geometry which can be witnessed along the facade of the Sagrada Familia, which meticulously combines Christian teachings and geometric patterns in nature. This majestic basilica combines the many elements of both Gothic and Art Nouveau style and has been under construction since 1882. It is set set for completion for the centenary anniversary of Gaudí’s death in 2026. Under the evening light, the Sagrada Familia gives off an unforgettable almost mystic quality.
OLYMPIC VILLAGE AND MONTJUIC
Once you have had your fair share of city life, you will be driven in comfort to the seaside of Barcelona! This is a city which has it all within easy reach – sea and cosmopolitan city within a short drive from each other, offering travelers and locals the best of both worlds. You and your guide will explore the La Barceloneta area including the port and the modern area of the Olympic Village, all illuminated by night light. The port of Barcelona has been important to the economy of the city for the last 2,000 years, and it is now a bustling tourist area. The beautiful Olympic Village, created for the 1992 Olympic games, has an exuberant atmosphere filled with music and fun. A quick walk down the promenade will lead you to the pulse of Barcelona nightlife with beach bars and an after hours atmosphere.
Next, your driver will take you to Montjuic, the last stop on this tour. Montjuic is a hilltop neighborhood which overlooks the harbor below, and offers magnificent views of the city’s night lights. Explore the grounds of the lovely National Palace and marvel at the dancing water and light show of the “Magic Fountain”, which was built for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition. The fountain is illuminated by colorful lights in the evening, making the atmosphere truly magical, as the fountain promises! Montjuic is the perfect photo opp stop, even at night.
If you are interested in seeing all the most beautiful and interesting sights in Barcelona and learn about its fascinating history and culture, you won’t find a better way to accomplish this than to join LivSpain’s Barcelona Night Tour. Seeing Barcelona by night is quite magical, and it is even better when you have a top-rated tour guide escorting you in the comfort of a luxurious van.
