Market studies

Investment and asset acquisition

We identify and assess opportunities — both land and completed product — in line with target returns. We carry out a full evaluation: planning and technical checks, encumbrance review, pricing and sales-rate projections, and a financial plan with sensitivity analysis. For land, we define the investment plan and support planning and execution to maximise developable potential. Master broker

We act as your outsourced commercial department: we define the sales strategy (product, pricing, commissions and processes), develop the marketing plan and budget, and prepare the launch. We activate the campaign (communication to the agent network and client base), set up the sales office and showhome.
